This is the perfect homemade mask for dry or dehydrated skin in need of nourishment, and it takes just a few seconds to throw together. Just mix all the ingredients in a small bowl, apply to clean, dry skin, and allow to sit on the skin for 15 minutes before rinsing.
Milk & Honey Nourishing Mask
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon powdered milk
1/2 teaspoon jojoba oil*
2-3 drops of essential oil of choice (rose oil is great for mature or dehydrated skin)
*Jojoba oil absorbs more readily into skin than many other oils and can be found in most health food stores. Olive oil can be substituted if jojoba oil is not available in your area.
